August 29, 2003: "NDIAN RIVER COUNTY - On the 40th anniversary of civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr.'s historic march in Washington, the national NAACP filed a federal complaint against the Florida education department Thursday, alleging intentional discrimination against black students."
